Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your laptop must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must include the original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Several types of goods are non-returnable, including:
- Software licenses or digital downloads
- Personalized or custom-configured laptops
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your item directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:
- Laptops showing signs of use or cosmetic damage
- Missing accessories or documentation
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—posting time may vary.
- Contact your bank—there’s often processing time before a refund is reflected.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at quekweixin@gmail.com and ship the item to 123 Woodlands Avenue 5, #05-67 Woodlands Emerald, Singapore 730123.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your laptop, mail it to:

You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item was defective or sent in error. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
If returning high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return otherwise.
