Do you offer warranty on your laptops?
Yes. All laptops sold on our store include a 1-year official manufacturer warranty that covers hardware defects.
If a defect is found within the warranty period, the product will be assessed by the authorized service centre before repair or replacement.
Extended warranty options may be available for selected models.
Can I return or exchange a laptop if I’m not satisfied?
We accept returns only for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
All returns must meet these conditions:
- The item must be in original condition, with all accessories and packaging.
- A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once the seal is broken or the product has been used.
If you believe you received a defective or wrong item, please contact our support team and provide photos/videos for verification.
Do you provide international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within Singapore.
International shipping is not available unless stated otherwise in special promotions or specific product listings.
